If you are purchasing an upgrade, we need the serial number of your current product in order to verify your eligibility and calculate the correct discount.
If you are buying a new license, we would still like to know your demo serial number, as it helps us track where you obtained you demo copy. Just click the "Buy" button on the toolbar of the demo software, and the serial number will be entered automatically.
However, if you are buying a license for an additional user, please leave the serial number blank. Contact Memory-Map for volume discounts for 5 or more users.
The serial number consists of 4 groups of numbers or letters, separated by periods. E.g., 1234.5678.9ABC.DEF0. Only the letters A-F are used. However, if you are upgrading from Maptech Pocket Navigator, use the Product ID, which has the format PKN-123-456-789.
You can find the serial number in Memory-Map Navigator by clicking the Help, Register License menu command.
