We will give you a return authorization number (RAN). Items returned without an RAN will not be refunded.
Ship the item by the carrier of your choice, at your own cost. Include your RAN number, a copy of your invoice, and the reason for the return. We do not accept COD packages. The address is:

If the item is in a saleable, as new, condition (packaging and all contents undamaged), we'll give you a full refund.
If the item is not in a saleable condition, we'll refund the price of the product, less a 15% re-stocking fee.
