The Airis T620 is a full featured Pocket PC with built-in GPS (SiRF III chipset). The GPS antenna is integrated within the device, so there is no fragile flip-up extension. It is supplied with a 12V charger and windshield suction mount. It fits the Aquapac or Otterbox cases to make a compact, rugged, waterproof unit (See Accessories, below).
